Nama and Papa visit part 1

Nama and Papa came to visit! We picked them up at the airport and stopped by the Portland Temple on the way home. There were lots of flowers and brides, and Kt wanted lots of pictures taken.

Trailblazers Game

We got to attend a Portland Trailblazers NBA basketball game last Friday night. The kids had a great time not only cheering and hanging out with some friends, but thanks to our friend Ivan, they were able to go down as a group and high-five the players as they came back onto the court for the second half.

Arizona part 2

I like to try night shots with my fancy camera...this one is of a fountain by the patio at the AZ Grand Hotel. The two Macs....Mac the younger, and my good friend Mac who drives up from Tucson every March to attend spring training with me. Manny Ramirez at bat. The beautiful Arizona Sky....the sky is big up there (name that tune). Sleepy kids at the airport.

Had a great time, although it was too short as always. Thanks to all our friends (Robb, Mac, and Kelly and family) for meeting up with us and making Arizona such a great place to visit. See you next year!

Arizona part 1

The family took a trip to AZ the first week of March. I usually make a trip down each March for dental ce classes, spring training baseball, meeting up with friends, and lots of Mexican food. Got to do all that and more, plus the family got to come along this time, and GG Todd met us for a few days.

There were some giant bronzed bugs crawling about the convention center grounds. The view from the newly remodeled center. Mac and Katie in front of our hotel. The old hotel tower at night. And Mac by the cool firepits they have out on their patios.
