T and I celebrated our 9th anniversary by leaving the kiddos with a friend and heading up to Portland for an overnighter. We love staying at Embassy Suites, and we have 3 in Portland. There is one right by the temple, and I got a good rate, so we stayed there, enjoyed the pool and spa, spent a few hours at the temple, ate at Panera and Chipotle Mexican Grill, and generally enjoyed some peace and quiet.
