The kids really took to the water, although it took them a day or two. We spent signifcant amounts of time in the water, either at the pools or in the ocean. Took some coaxing to get the kids in the ocean, but once they did, they liked it better than the pools in some senses, as the waves were fun to play in and the water was warmer in the ocean. Katie still has issues with stepping in sand, though.....we're working on that.
